All meal orders must be made by June 7, 2008
Friday Night Meal at Bruce's: This meal will be prepared and served by the East Side. Current plans are for hamburgers with the usual trimmings and sides. Drinks are BYOB. This meal is free, but plans need to be made for numbers.
If you plan to attend, an RSVP is needed. Please email Toby Howard (tobyatlake@msn.com). In the email, please include the number of adults and children who will be eating. We look forward to seeing you.
Saturday Night Meal at Storey's Boathouse and Big Deck: This meal will be prepared and served by the Nocona Rural Volunteer Fire Department (all proceeds of the meal will go to this group). The menu is fried catfish with trimmings and sides. This is a BYOB event.
Cost of the meal: $12.50 per person. If you plan to attend, an RSVP is required. Please email either Mike Storey (storeym@aol.com) or Toby Howard (tobyatlake@msn.com) and include the number of meals you wish to reserve in your name.
T-Shirts, Tanks, and Caps
All T-shirt and cap orders must be made by May 31, 2008
Calvin Whitmarsh has created designs for Regatta shirts and caps for years. However, Calvin has decided to retire from this effort for 2008. Many thanks to Calvin for his creativity, energy, and effort.
Shirt/cap logos and designs for 2008 are by Bruce Major and Jo Mays with ample input from friends.
Children's T-shirts are available in the following sizes: YXS (ages 2-4), YS (ages 6-8), YM (ages 10-12), YL (ages 14-16), YXL (ages 18-20). The price is $15.00 each.
Adult T-shirts and Women's Tanks are available in the following sizes: S, M, L, XL, 2XL, and 3XL. The price is $17.50 per T-shirt/Tank.
T-shirts are available with a pocket or plain (without).
Caps are one-size-fits-all of foam/mesh design. Caps are $12.50 each.
When placing an order, please indicate the number, style (adult t-shirt with a pocket or plain, women's tank, or child's t-shirt), and the size requested. For example:
1 Adult t-shirt with pocket XL
2 Adult t-shirts plain L
1 Women's Tank M
1 child's t-shirt YM
1 Cap
