Otis Campbell Award

Our first Otis Award Recipient for 2010 is Saprina Storey. Saprina receives this award for her actions late in the evening of September 4th, or perhaps early in the morning hours of September 5th. Saprina was nominated for this award by her husband Mike. She was certified as a recipient by Toby Howard after appropriate questioning.
