This is what he did to the plane.

The pilot used his radio and had another pilot bring him 2 new tires, 3 cases of duct tape, and a supply of sheet plastic. He patched the plane together, and FLEW IT HOME!

"After I hit the coyote at 65 mph, the bumper was moving and I knew it shouldn't.  Then I remembered Bruce's Rules of Life.  I applied duct tape as needed until the bumper no longer moved.

P.S.  After I hit the coyote at 65 mph, it wasn't moving and I thought maybe it should.  I sprayed it with WD-40, but it still didn't move.  Therefore, I decided it must be dead since it is impossible to violate Bruce's Rules of Life"

Another "true tale" of lives being saved by duct tape.
"This here tank was leaking like a sieve.
I was able to squeeze a 35 minute dive out of it before
it went plumb empty."
